Strategies for Connecting Research and Practice in Everyday Programming

January 25, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

Please join ChangeScale for our next convening: Strategies for Connecting Research and Practice in Everyday Programming. This event will build on previous ChangeScale convenings focused on integrating research and practice. We are pleased that researchers from Stanford will join us to share key findings from several studies they have been conducting in partnership with ChangeScale and ee360, a cooperative agreement between NAAEE and EPA. During this workshop, we will explore resources for integrating research into your organization’s day-to-day programming. You will reflect on the barriers to connecting research and practice, brainstorm creative strategies for overcoming those barriers, and discover simple ways to connect your work to research through engaging activities and rich dialogue with fellow participants.

This event will be from 10 am to 2:30 pm, followed by a networking reception. Morning snacks, lunch, and refreshments will be served.

Please note:

  • Doors will open at 9:30 am.
  • Tickets will not be available at the door.
