ChangeScale Vision Documents
Strategic Direction
2020
ChangeScale remains a collective impact organization that convenes the environmental education field to address critical issues of the moment; providing professional development and an essential network to the San Francisco and Monterey Bay region. Like many organizations in our field, the pandemic has caused ChangeScale to take a pause. However, we have been at work in partnership with Justice Outside developing a strategic direction for the organization. We’re pleased to share that vision with you and to invite you to re-engage with us!
Business Plan
2015-2019
Our business plan provides a road map for our partnership over the next five years. It outlines two complementary lines of work to inspire environmental know-how and build the lasting and sustainable infrastructure that will allow all generations in our region to enjoy the benefits of environmental education.
ChangeScale Vision Statement
ChangeScale partners worked inclusively to develop a shared agenda to advance environmental education throughout the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas. Our vision statement details collaborative strategies that are designed to improve the quality and relevancy of environmental education, increase the scale of collaborative program delivery, and engage a broad range of stakeholders in meaningful ways.
ChangeScale Theory of Change
Our theory of change is a conceptual framework for how ChangeScale expects to produce change in the environmental education field in the greater Bay Area in California. There are four major impact areas where ChangeScale aspires to make a difference: collaboration, quality, relevance, and engagement.
